Actually Rapunzel was the first "white" princess for Disney since 1991, almost 20 years. There was Jasmine, Mulan, Tiana and Pocahontas, none of whom were white. I understand your complaint about "skinny" though. And most fairy tales are European so maybe disney was just trying to be accurate.

Um okay. Including one Arab girl, one Asian girl, one Black girl and one Native girl isn’t truly representation in my books - it’s a token gesture so they can go back to being white-centric. I dunno.
